Above is a video from October 2017 about my and my son's experience with the Nemechek Protocol™. If you'd like to fast forward to September 2018, check out my Nemechek Protocol - One Year Later post.
A friend asked me for links to the specific products recommended in the protocol.
So, without further ado, here they are. If you substitute products, you are not on the protocol. So stick with the tried and true products below.

People have asked how to measure tiny amounts of inulin as you begin the protocol.
You can get tiny measuring spoons on amazon.
NOW brand Inulin powder (start with 1/8 tsp or less, working way up to 1/2 tsp over time)

Recently, California Olive Ranch has switched to a Destination Series, which is NOT COOC certified.
If you can get olive oil from a local olive farm, do that! If not, here are some COOC certified oils you can purchase online. The fresher the oil, the better. You don't the oil to be pressed within 18 months of using it. DO NOT buy Olive Oil in a plastic bottle. It loses its health-promoting properties when stored in plastic.
O Olive Oil, Organic

If you're older than 18 years old, you need AT LEAST 3000 mg daily of DHA.
