A friend asked me for links to the specific products recommended in the protocol.
So, without further ado, here they are. If you substitute products, you are not on the protocol. So stick with the tried and true products below.

People have asked how to measure tiny amounts of inulin as you begin the protocol.
You can get tiny measuring spoons on amazon.
NOW brand Inulin powder (start with 1/8 tsp or less, working way up to 1/2 tsp over time)
Now Brand DHA-500 (Adults should take 3000 mg DHA, kids should take less - see dosage recommendations from the book below)
California Olive Ranch Extra Virgin Olive Oil (or another brand certified by COOC.com - 1tbsp - 2 tbsp per day plus cook with it)
Inulin - start with a tiny amount (1/8 tsp or .63 ml)
Olive Oil - start with 1 Tbsp (15 ml) and cook everything in it
Omega-3 Oil (Total of EPA+DHA): dosage goes by age of person
If you're older than 18 years old, you need AT LEAST 3000 mg daily of DHA.
