In the book, you’ll find my son’s absolute favorite snacks. They're all gluten-free and dairy-free, but no one can tell! Once or twice a week, we make them ahead (he helps) and we keep them in the fridge or cupboard so we can grab them and go! It’s such a relief to know they’re there when he’s hungry!
I’ve also included a list of approved “buyable” snacks that fit the bill for us - pastured, organic, pure ingredients, from reputable companies with solid values. We know homemade is best, but sometimes these are great to have on hand.
And at the end of the book, there's a clickable list of where I buy ingredients I use in the recipes in the book.
